Who we share it with

• Our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, and our storefronts on garifuna.live and xianehomes.org, for taking your order, processing payment, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Service providers who host the site, send our emails and provide support tooling.
• Advertising and analytics partners, including Pinterest, for measuring our ads.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it in portable form, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your data protection authority. Where your information is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
